Refund policy
Returns & Freight Costs
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Honey Bee Outdoor. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
However, due to the large size and freights costs of our planters, you will be responsible for the cost of both the original outbound shipping and the return inbound shipping. These costs will be deducted from your total refund.
Example Refund:

Original shipping cost: $30

Return shipping cost: $30

Your total refund will be: $140
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at Support@honeybeeoutdoor.com or use our Contact Form. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. We do this to ensure you receive our discounted freight rates. The cost of this label will be included in the total deductions from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your planter arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately—within 7 days of delivery—at Support@honeybeeoutdoor.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damage. In these cases, we will cover all shipping costs and work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
Eligibility and Other Terms

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To be eligible, your item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.

Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
