I bought two of the tapered planters to use for my son's upcoming garden wedding. I found HoneyBee Outdoor to be very responsive to my questions prior to the purchase. The planters were packaged really well and shipped quickly. They are well-made and exactly what I was looking for! I can't wait to use them.
Customer Service particularly Laura was very helpful and quick with getting the planter replaced - it arrived with a dent. She got right on it and was very helpful with returning the dented planter. Easy peasy.
